Factory Reset or System Update?

I downloaded both System Update OS 1.50 and Factory Reset 1.50 and would like to know which one should I do on my PA3X? Can you please provide the step-by-step instruction?

You need both - just follow the instructions in the enclosed PDF files - you must "unzip" those files first and then you will see all the necessary information.

I did the upgrade only with OS 1.5 that's all , Everything is ok.
For the rest "Reset 1.50" you only need under special cases mentioned in the manual therein
Please go through the manual , all the steps are given

OS update or Reset

OK, I did both and it works just fines, saw more styles and options.
Now as I was trying to load the saved styles from before upgrade to OS 1.5 there is a warning message saying "Are You Sure" which kind of scared me!!!
My question is if I load the old saved Styles, will it overwrite the new UPGRADE Styles of the OS 1.5?
Any suggestion here is very much appreciated!

Regarding STYLES - it will overwrite your USER and FAVORITE banks
but you can always be selective and simply load only those styles you need.

Just as a by the by - if you have tweaked any of the factory styles and over-written the factory location and don't want to lose them, if you turn off Factory Sound and Style Protect, you can save even all of the factory banks to the hard drive
Load up the new resources then with the same protect switches off reload all those styles either one by one, or as whole banks.
There were only 5 or 6 banks that got new styles in the new OS....
