Sometimes my fan is noisy, other times not. It depends on how loud the kids are screaming outside my window!
If music is the food of love, play on and play loud!

You say the ram is small like notepad ram. I wonder if that might help
with heat aswell. Maybe thats why they went with that type of ram.

It's the factory stock ram that came with the Kronos. 2 gig. I keep saying I'm going to upgrade but I just haven't done it yet. Not lazy. Mainly it's just that I don't want to be parted form my Kronos while it gets done. I could do it myself too but I don't really feel like it. That and so far everything is fine. I'm
still running on O.S. 1.5 but I am going to do the latest upgrade because I want the Organ upgrades. I also want to put a bigger SSD in but then, well, like I said. No time and I have seperation issues!

I've upgraded my Kronos longtime ago and I am delighted: added Intel 120gb HD + 2gb RAM + new extra silent fan.

I am considering also to replace keybed and install Kronos X motherboard.
I would like to have X sticker then !

It's just something that I'm going to have to do one day!

If only they would put an Amoled screen, WiFi, Bluetooth and an easy 1 touch vocoder.
