I check it!

When I enter ''101'' (SD1+), on KORG I get A01...

SD1+ KORG
118 A18

It seems that only last two digits are important for KORG.

How could I make KORG to change on B00 when I enter 100 on SD1+?

I don't know ... you might have to check bank changes, Korg has a good midi document describing it, don't know about your other synth.
