I use the 3 jacks for sustain, program up and expression. The Leslie speed is done using MIDI in/out and a Midi Solutions Footswitch controller. Highly inconvenient.

- leslie overdrive on/off
- leslie speed
- sustain
- one for setting up pedals
- program up

- SW82 (used for various purposes)
- SW83 (used for various purposes)
Pedals used for:
- Volume/Expression of MIDI Channel 1 (so I can can change only the volume of the upper keyboard: Kronos while not changing other timbres, even though they sound from the Kronos)
- Ribbon (so I don't need to remove my hand from the keyboards)

I use these pedals:
* Swell pedal
* Sustain Pedal
* Program switch pedal.
I would like to have a fourth pedal to switch the rotary speed. So I would need a fourth pedal input as well.
(The FCB1010 cannot integrate all these things (for one, it has no sustain pedal). Also, I use Roland PK5 Midi pedals for my Taurus sound and a FCB1010 does not fit next to that under my keyboard stand.)

The FCB1010 can perform like a sustain pedal, but not a half damper sustain pedal ... you still could use both a real half damper pedal AND the Behringer.
It's true the FCB1010 do not fit under most X or spider stands. Therefor I have an A stand, but a 'table' stand also can be used.

In my Combis I have the drum track accompanying some of the time and other times I have drums from Karma accompanying. With the footswitch
set to "drum track" in Global settings I can turn drums on and off, but if I have a Karma drum setting I need to turn on and off (with some Combis) ...is there any way to get around re-setting the Global setting from Drums to Karma ?

Sad commentary on Keyboard Magazine. I've been a reader and subscriber for over 30 years. The print edition is out before the iPad or online versions. The web site is stuck in the year 2001 at best.

Man I remember when Keyboard was
actually a magazine! Great columns by Dominic Milano, Jim Aiken, and many more. The magazine was packed with great information and the reviewers were not at all shy about doling out negative reviews. Keyboard magazine has now become Keyboard brochure - online and print.
Sorry, didn't mean to hijack the thread, but your comment on Keyboard mag really hit home!

The Internet did a number on most hard copy magazines.
And unfortunately, Keyboard mag did not have a large subscriber base.
