Great place, no doubt, but it takes more then just a place or just some good people the mods and Sharp have all the credit for shutting down the morons when they pipe up and start fishing for trouble!

Thanks for your comments Sharp

A massive proportion of its success is owed to you, your dedication, extensive effort and support - so my thanks to you.

It is awesome that we have Korg messaging and helping here as well.

These forums bring so many people from diverse cultures together - absolutely awesome.
A chance to meet so many great people.

In these forums it is like we are one simple human race all at peace - constantly reminds me that this world is full with beautiful, caring people and reminds me to "switch off" and ignore all the negative sensationalism in the media :D

Thanks to Sharp indeed and all the great constructive contributors to this forum.

This forum reminds me of a Bruce Springsteen lyric: "we learned more from a 3 minute record than we ever learned in school"

In the 43 years that I am playing keys, I never learned so much about synthesizers, specific Kronos stuff, VST's, sampling etc, as thru this forum and its members

Let's keep up the good work!

couldn't have said it better :D

Thanks Sharp and everyone on this forum for the great contributions (questions, answers and demos), it's what's keeping this forum alive and it has developed over the years as an incredible source of information.

Also a big thank you to the korg staff members that are always glad to be of help in a very positive way.

the best part of this forum is that i always have the feeling when reading the posts is that we all share the same passion: making music!

Same here ... and the beauty is, you mostly get an answer within hours or a few days for topics that otherwise take long to find out.

And what even is better: with all ideas of others, you read about new things you never knew before.

Look at the extraordinary range of countries of membership you see here - from the "middle of nowhere" to the edges of anywhere! Very cool and impressive accomplishment. Hal

No need to thank me. Everyone in the community plays a major roll in all this. Be it our great Moderators who work away hard in the background, or you helping your fellow musician solve a problem. Good job everyone, and I really mean that.

My only wish would be to see Daz back on the forums. I miss him a lot and hope he's doing well. Boy did we had some fun times with all the craziness of this place back when we were starting out. Happy memories for sure, and many a funny story. Many a night Daz pulled some crazy hours on here fixing things, porting from yabb to phpbb and so on....

Regards
Sharp.

I have been around a long, long time (three different forum names, I think). Korgforums has always been a unique place. However great the moderators and members are...(and they are), they reflect the generosity and respect you yourself have modeled Sharp. Long I've KorgForums!
