It's going to be tough for the guy to know what the differences are. If he's never struggled with 1.02 and been happy to have 1.03, SadPaper is not going to understand what we have been dealing with and why we want a new version.

Strange...I just went onto the Japan site and no mention of system update 1.05.

One would think that if an electribe 2 purchased in Singapore has a brand new system update already installed then KOrg Japan would make mention of it.

Very strange

Maybe the dude is just trolling - having a laugh - messing around

Like you said its pretty weird if he's on 1.05 and theres nothing even on Korg Japan. I guess we wait and see if there are others with 1.05.

I hope he's not, though, as I'd like another update!

I don't remember if other Korg updates did this, but is it common for updates to go from 1.03 to 1.05? Isn't there suppose to be a 1.04?

Maybe I am just thinking way too much into this

There could be internal builds they never released, it's not uncommon for hardware OS's to skip numbers in official releases.

Cool thanks for that, I wasn't sure.

Hey, SadPaper, can you post a picture of what your new Electribe shows as the Firmware version?

Seeing this will really make it more real for the rest of us. Thanks!
