touch screen issues
any fact to the ribbon corroding and needing trimmed to a new part of the ribbon??
looks like korg dropped the ball and used dissimilar metals on the screen ribbon to the pcb connector...
this could be why it is humidity sensitive...
and why it eventually just fails...
make sure you wipe the ribbon clean and do not touch the contacts with fingers... the salt in your fingers will speed up the corrosion..
wonder if real thin layer of deoxit would help slow this down??
note: q tip it on the ribbon do not direct spray the unit.
