Static noise in power saving mode

I've tested both E2 and ES2, both have the same buzzing noise through the headphone output when in power save mode and audio thru is enabled. The noise is more a hum when audio thru is disabled. Was this not reported by Korgs QA department?

I jus disable audio thru when just using the single unit by itself, I'll return it if it's an identified fault of the electribes.
