+/-14: Semitone
+/-17: Whole tone
+/-19: Minor Third
+/-20: Major Third
+/-28: Fifth
+/-48: Octave
+/-63: Two Octaves

Its not completely precise, but shouldn't be a problem doing it by ear if you follow this rough guide. Once you go beyond value 48, you're no longer dealing with semitunes so can't fine tune.
