I'm not anxious, just disappointed, and totally agree - relax and enjoy what you have - I've been doing that for many years.
These rumours and leaks are like pre-election political adverts or repetitive scam e-mails - they really "push" one's patience.

Take care

Pete :D

Although not really relevant in this topic - agree, Dave Smith passing is very sad - RIP Dave.
Yes I am sure Korg are disappointed also Pete (assumption) and it is very unfair of the individuals who have clearly broken Korg's trust but this is the down side of human behaviour unfortunately... in the meantime I continue to look forward to see what replaces the PA4X (which visually we seem to have a pretty good idea now) and rely on this forum past/present and into the future as it is a good community :)

Well said my friend

Maybe I'm just getting too old and ratty - sorry guys

@Korg - just send me a PA5x please

Cheers

(We've just had a Federal Election here and it is possible that I am worn out by the most unbelievably insulting, pathetic, meaningless and childish marketing ever - it's always bad but this time, the worst - ask any Aussie!!!)

Seriously? I stated very clearly "This is MY take on it:"

Not at all!!
How did you deduce that?
It is quite clear from my post that these are MY frustrations and views - "MY take", and in conversations with several others, it would seem I am not alone.

I am personally now VERY disappointed with Korg.
It's a shame too because they have never been this way previously (to me).

Take care

Pete :D
Because during your opinion you more then once state “we”

I think we don't need any other "proof" that the keyboard is real. I believe we all know it is real by that point and it is getting too much with all these leaks that have nothing to offer.
I am only waiting for the official announcement and the final specs of it and so does everybody in here most likely...
I am also expecting to see the people that broke their NDAs and leaked videos and photos in public get punished and excluded from any future program like that.
I want to get my hands on the keyboard too and it kinda puts me off that there are people that are taking it to work and even put video proof of working with it live online.
I m fully ok with beta testing and NDAs but this situation here has gone another level way too far from that purpose...
At least i know that the sound quality of it is higher than i expected so i don't lose my hype...

It is not the bootup, they are converting a set from older gen to 5x (this seems that could be taking a very long time as the new set structure could be very different (at least was in their version.I don't know how it ll be when it gets public)!

Or it means that internal processing power is still left back in the 20th century?

Yes, that‘s it. So waiting just one month, no problem. :verycool:

I'm curious what the magic box Pa5X can do...
