I am really very sorry for not replying but believe me I was very busy for last few weeks, I think that I am back now and I am having enough time to work in my favorite subject

Regarding final version, I think there will be no final version because there will be always features to add. If you mean to be fully able to merge then we still have two steps to go, one is little bit difficult but the second is easy

Hello Babosh I tried to run the program on Windows 7 and says:
component 'MSCOMCT.OCX' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered. a file missing or invalid
So that what says on Windows 7 so the program doesnt run on Windows 7...

I downloaded what you said but unfortunately no luck doesnt work your software I just I hope can be fixed in the future the most important is that I need to merge samples.... I still can use double boot only for your program... Thank you for your reply..

2- paulbelleza, I will try to install the Win7 and try to find the problem but I have a question. What is missing: the (MSCOMCTL.OCX) or the (MSCOMCT.OCX) ?

3- Regarding the merging:

but Pa2x you still think that there some bugs in this step, so OK can we try to find an example. I need only one style as an example, so please try to import a style from an existing SET to a new SET that causes this bug so that I can analyze it.

So please let us make sure that this step is working properly before we move to the next step.

Babosh,

I do not think it is a bug in your software that creates SET files that crash the Pa2x. The same SET file loads perfectly on Pa800. Instead I believe there is a serious fault in the Pa2x OS that not only fails to import perfectly valid Pa800 SET files, but it also causes the catastrophic failure in the Pa2x that also blows the LED's. I have sent the SET file to Korg Labs and await their response.

I am sorry that in the circumstances that the "crash" caused multiple LED failures on my Pa2x I stopped testing. But I am still enthusiastic about your software and I hope as soon as Korg Labs get to the bottom of the various issues with the Pa2x that I can be of assistance once again.

PS I estimate that "cutting down" the SET file to find a single style that crashes the Pa2x would "cost me" at least 10 crashes and another four or five blown LED's. That's why I haven't done it and it is one reason why I have sent the complete SET file to Korg Labs instead, as you know.

I do recommend that you follow up the inquiries that Korg labs have sent to you in person, if you haven't done so already. You now have the same (confidential) contact with Korg labs as I do. I never saw any follow-up copied to me in my private email, though.

Some of the styles that uses USER programs on my kb when loaded would not show on your report. It only shows Original sounds, but this is only some of them, and maybe its my set, and not the software.

Also

I have found that when there are some corrupted styles in the set, the program can not produce full report, and also you cant copy/paste from that folder, so i had to load it onto the kb, delete those styles and than it works.

So the problem could be in some of the styles itself, because most of them are converted and merged from different keyboards.

So i would say, yes continue with the next step.

To me has already bothered to wait. Has passed more than two weeks as I have paid the program, and till now I can not use it. At first looked forward to hearing from you, then some days waited while to me ID send, and now ID have sent, I register the program, and the program doesn't work. You appear, and then vanish for some days... And it is necessary for me to work urgently with mine Korg...

Please, be operative in this point in question, and will solve problem with idle, not wishing to be registered by the program.
