I tend to agree with the general consensus.. sounds great, defiantly intriguing but a little heavy on price...I'm not making any sudden moves as I think there is more to come in this marketplace in the next 12 months or so.
Korg PA5X-76 : Yamaha Montage M8x : Roland Jupiter 80 : Waldorf STVC : Roland Integra 7 : Waldorf Streichfett : Berhinger VC340 : Berhinger Solina : Focal Trio6 ST6 : Studio Outboards/RME Audio Interface/A&H SQ-5 Mixer : Omnisphere 2 : Cherry Audio Korg PS-3300 : Waves IDX : Kraftur & Gullfoss : Cradle God Particle : Sonarworks Sound-ID Ref : Cubase 14
Then you should definately check the new hardware integration of omnisphere..Sharp wrote:Everything I've heard so far sounds amazing. That being said, I still wouldn't drop 4 grand on this synth. If it were a workstation with a VST host, sure, but not a closed synth.
I'd take Onmisphere or NI Komplete over any synth on the market right now without fail.

I'm definitely intrigued by it.....all the quality you could ask for sample wise, combined with awesome analog filters(SSM2044, same filter chip as E-mu SP-12, SP 1200 and Emulator-I, Korg Mono/Poly, Polysix and Trident, PPG Wave 2.2/2.3) along with a heavy mod matrix and two oscillators from the prophet 12... plus 50 gig of space for your own samples....Enough cannot be said for the hands on knob per fuction type controls either...
Definitely seems like a film composers dream synth.
