Thang you very much, thang you very much.
Er, I digress.
Here's one that'll fill you up:
Cook some pasta (I use Tagliatelle) to 'al dente'.
While waiting for the pasta to cook, saute some chopped onion and a crushed clove of garlic in vegetable oil and then add a can of corned beef chopped up into half-inch cubes. Add a sprinkling of black pepper.
Drain the pasta, add to the onion/corned beef mixture, add a pinch of oregano and briefly fry the lot.
Quick and tasty.

this is a great recipe...eat it with a french bread and a salad.
Creamy Cheddar Soup
1 small onion, diced
2 large pimentos, diced
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups chicken stock
1 1/2 cups cream
3/4 cup grated sharp Cheddar
1/2 cup green onions
Salt and black pepper
Dash cayenne pepper, optional
Suggested Serving: your favorite bread or croutons
In a saucepan, saute onion and pimentos in butter for 5 to 7 minutes. Blend in flour. Add stock and cream. Cook until thick. Add cheese and stir until melted. Add 1/4 cup green onions, salt and pepper, to taste, and cayenne if desired. Garnish with remaining green onions.

1. Boil water
2. Open box of macaroni and cheese and put noodles inside water.
A. Its important to mention you need to remove the cheese package and
make sure you don't boil that.
3. Wait about 8-10 minutes. Using a metal spoon, take out a piece of macaroni and throw it against the fridge, if it sticks its ready.
4. Empty water out of pot. You should make sure you don't dump the whole thing out or your macaroni will wind up down the drain. SO use a strainer.
5. Place cheese into macaroni and pour 1/4 cup milk into cheese and macaroni.
A. Again another side point. Make sure you mix it. It will taste like crap
if you don't.
6. Pour into bowl or if dishes are not wahsed just eat out of pot.
ENJOY!!!!!

Boil teawater... Dip a tea bag in it.. soak for 2 minutes.... Drink:)
Save the rest...Put it into a freezer (using freeze proof plastic containers)

This is much much tastier than it sounds, and its really simple! Traditional Shandong province/Taiwanese/Japanese dish.
Mabo tofu
250 grams of minced pork
300 grams of diced tofu
Garlic
Rice wine (sake will do, or even white wine)
Soy sauce
Garlic Chilli sauce (or you can just make some yourself with garlic and dried chillies)
1 1/2 cups of rice
(everything approx)
Fry garlic and garlic chilli sauce in oiled pan until fragrant. Add mince and a few dashes of wine, break up and fry until cooked through. Add soy sauce to flavour, pepper, then add tofu. Cook for a bit longer then you're done! Add dried seaweed and a smidgen of mayonnaise if you're feeling Japanesy. Serve on rice.
Best matched with a cold Asahi!
