My cutoff recently started doing random things , but its been 4 years since i changed the setup .. my friends cutoff is quite jittery , and his mx is only months old .
Theres always a risk , dont grip the silver ones hard when pulling at them as it only makes them harder to pull off . use a thin knife to get under the knobs to help u get the knobs off while pulling .
I dont know exact sizes of knobs tho .
