Sure, but you're not going to get the Karma-fied grooves with just that set up. You'll have to add Karma Triton for TR software from Karma-Lab to closely resemble the red Karma's performances...and you'll need to be midi-ed to a computer. I assume you are talking about the NANO products?
I was 4th on the Sweetwater pre-order list for the NANOkey. Bob Mondock (Sweetwater Sales) told me they did not have a firm price, at that time, and it will be approx. Nov 2008 before they arrive. Hopefully it will be sooner than that and the cost will be in-line with the $69 price that Jerry talked about.
Honestly, I wish I had one yesterday and would be willing to pay for it! (Jerry, I can make the check out in your name, Jerry Gibarski)

NanoPad. Good. I've been looking for a simple, down and dirty set of pads for playing in drum beats instead of using my midi keyboard. It looks like I got my wish.
Product Specialist for Korg, USA during the years of the DS8 through the O1W/FD, Wavestations, X3 and i2/3 and i4S. Produced several instructional videos addressing Korg keyboard products.

I bought the NanoKontrol tonight.
Connect it to my laptop and it works perfectly.
Very nice faders to handle. Pan knobs are a little small, but not small enough to bother me.
Until now I used mu Novation Remote 25 SL to control my DAW, but this is a more practical solution to me.
If there is a downside on this litlle thing, it is the looks of it. It looks a little 'cheapish' plastic, but is pretty sturdy.
A pitty that the editor software isn't available on this moment.
The Korg UK site mention it will come available in the first week of november.

This works fine. It's a simple, plain controller and works very intuitively.
No cons on this, but a problem did occur with starting up.
When switching my computer on with the NanoKontol connected to it, it won't start up. After restarting with the NanoKonrtol unhooked it wil start up.
So it is not a big problem at all, but worth mentioning I suppose .
Maybe there is a setting in the boot menu I have to change, but I'm not an expert on that, but I will look at it later.
For the rest I can conclude that the NanoKontrol is very good value for little money.

Don't know if anyone's seen this yet, but apparently Korg heard the complaints about color, and (at least in Japan) are releasing black versions of the Nano series controllers. Release date lists "end of November" in Japanese, but it's unclear whether they mean the nano series or the black units only.
