Can Not update my PA800 from 1.0 to 2.01

Hi, I have an error with my KORG pa800.
(package error) (Os not present) (Page loader is corruptet)

You might want to try the latest reset/format package from Korg first.

while browsing for help i found this forum really helpful specially you Music service, I have a related problem downloaded those two files from the website
Pa800_Format
Pa800_os_res_v202

format went well but when trying to update os i get message System Update Failure after
checking the package
system not updated
please restart and try again

those two files will it help ? can you send it to me if it dose. my Korg is pa800 pro ex ( I did not find any os specifically by this model assuming the pa 800 will work i went on trying )
