In O/S 1.0;1.10;1.11;in drop down style menu it is not possible to access"write STS" or "write current style settings", which are greyed out, until "Factory style and Pad protect" has been cancelled.This problem was not present in my PA1X Pro or PA2x Pro.

The glue failed on the music rest on my PA3X, and a friend's, a short time after purchase.When I rang my dealer,they said they were aware of the problem.

I have constant problem,and I'm worried about it very much! I change user style sounds,settings for that style etc and after that I save style in same place in Favorites or User 1,2,3 (is it page 5 problem maybe???? ) - and that's working fine. After I switch off keyboard and then turn on all recent settings that I've been working on ARE GONE- that styles sounds like before my personalization, STS's in songbook are not there...and then I start to grab for my hair! The whole night of work - for nothing!!!

the but I have is when I am compressing samples, it shows error message.

the set comes from pa2x.
when I am doing this with new import of samples, it works ok. So do I have to recreate all my set?

New annoying BUG
3. let'say - we have our Assignable Sliders A 1: Keyboard Expression , 2: FX CC12 Ctl and 3: FX CC13Ctl ... OK ? now , when we go to SEQUENCER MODE and do up/down our Sliders , then go to SONG PLAY MODE and then to STYLE PLAY MODE all ASSIGNABLE SLIDERS don't work :):) .... And you can't do anything to get them back to work , you have to restart tha KORG PA3X to have working the setting above ...

well - I found what happend on my STS setting !!!

I did save all my setted (changed) Styles to HD and then did load setted (changed) Styles to new locations ( let say FAVORITE 1 ) ... I saw that all my Styles have the same STS's :):) ....

NOW THE ISSUE (BUG)

4. If STS MODE is OFF , all STS's from last Style you was playng , will remain with new LOADED STYLE .... If STS MODE is ON - Style will loading with its own STS's !!!

Huh, I thought that I'm the only one with this problem I also figured out that has something with Single Touch Setting button, but,I did not find clear pattern why is that happening ( it's a bug for sure ) ...I was trying to turn ON STS ,but I think that this bug appears randomly in styles from earlier kb models (pa2x,pa800,pa1...) and style got messed up after 1st rewrite in pa3 - I got that kind of bug pattern, rather ,that's my theory ... I did not noticed that STS-s are OK after STS ON.

Hi all, after 6 months of using my 3 x I've had a lot of things that have not worked as promised.
Korg promised during pa 1 x time, that there would be lots of new features, etc., then came pa2x and the same thing, there a lot of things were promised again, and it did not happen much. Still has bugs left in pa2x who have not been fixed, why?



Now they have a new product released with some changes and some New sounds, and with a lot of things that were promised back when they presented it at trade shows and other things, but still has a lot of things that hang, especially when playing live, I know the KORG not like to write about this so openly, for this creates a lot of criticism on the forums.

Yesterday, I played on my pa3x for 300 people, and in the middle of everything so ended the screen works, but no screen = no control, and it does not save pad settings either, Pad 1 2 3 4 etc.

I think it is a bit lousy of KORG that still does not give os a functioning OS.
after all, we have been promised that the product would work when we bought it.

I want my OS NOW!


I do not want KORG will manufacture a new workstation at the same time that they will work with our new OS, do one thing first jump on the next later, I'm not just a home musician, I do this for living, and this costs me a lot.

The audience does not care what OS I have, nor can I explain to them that my synth is new (almost 8 months) and they are of course disappointed in me when I have to shut it down during the bridal couple's entrance, because the OS crashes, and I have to restart!

I do not want to be rude or make someone mad from Korg but, the people at the party do not understand when I say, I'll just start again my keyboard, I hope you understand me.
anyway I just want what I paid for.

Keyboard is good, sound is good, but OS is still not good.
songbook is not working as it should, compatibility with other KORG,s like 1 X 2 X 800 and so is not working at all.

So Please, i know you are on it, but i dont want my OS onthe same time of la new KORG 4 XXL!

I just want my Keyboard to work!

New issue (BUG) in Voice Processor (not important)

5. When you use Voice Processor and go from Style Mode to Sound Mode , Voice Processor Preset does reset to your first setting . ( in Global Mode -> Lock -> FX & Voice P. -> Voice Processor Preset is checked ) ...
I found this issue yesterday at Live Playng :):) ...
