Monotron DUO and DELAY

Is it significantly worse than the vanillia monotron? Mine seemed to last for ages being toted around on a lanyard. I haven't really left it hooked up to external gear for any amount of time but I'd estimate battery life to be about 8 hours or so.

same here, i still have juice in the original batteries that came with the vanilla monotron

I just got my MONOTRON DELAY & I LOVE IT!!! It is really cool! Not for playing notes, but for trippy sound effects! I can use the AUX in for other analog synthesizers that have NO EFFECTS & turn them into ANALOG GOLD!
Please KORG, Make a full-sized keyboard version soon! (Ultra Monotron) You will make a TON of money & make us all very happy! Just fuze the Duo, Delay & Monotribe with full sized keys (or mini if you have too) MIDI & MEMORY for user sounds/patters & I'll buy it now!

I'm off Friday to buy the DUO.....

I'm off Friday to buy the DUO.....

the only one ive wanted so far is the delay. I must say im really happy with it, it makes my m01 fit with my ds-10 way better and now im getting back into tracking on nanoloop2.3 because of the added functionality due to the delay.

The Japanese website have posted schematics for the new Monotron series... Unfortunately they seem to be corrupt

Hope this gets sorted out soon - soldering iron can't stay hot forever.

I love my monotron delay. I'm currently taking a two hour train journey and playing music on my phone through the monotron delay, and the various wires and headphone leads are picking up interference from other people's phones - that stuttering RF interference noise that phones cause sounds awesome through the delay! I haven't had this much fun on a train journey since, oooh ... probably since the original monotron came out

now I just have to decide whether I want to travel with acid or dub in my pocket

the Duo and Delay were worth the wait
