I have some very decent sounding earbuds, and I know someone who can make custom molds for a friendly price...
Then go for it... It has Limiters, don´t worry.

I have a solution for earbuds, but I'm still looking for more alternatives in my budget for the wireless system. Found this one:

I'm not expecting it to compete with Sennheiser but 3rd of the Sennheiser pricing might at least be worth exploring...

OMG, keep your fingers away from LD Systems s**t... It is noisy on the headphones like a pink noise generator...

In reality, there´s no alternative to sennheiser, except certain higher price shure models... Don´t buy cheap, or you´ll buy twice. That´s for sure.

Because Sennheiser is really way out of my budget, I've been looking out for some slightly cheaper alternatives.

I found a very decent offer for a bunch of AKG IVM systems, my band and I decided to go for it. They sound really great, the earbuds sound nice with and without the wireless system hooked up.

We will test these devices in an upcoming rehearsal, but for now it's looking very good!

Just bought a Sennheiser G3 System last week... Except from the really useful 5 band EQ and diversity antenna system through headphone cable, there is not much difference to G2 systems, but for me, these details were worth going for it... Have all in total 4 InEar Systems now, 1 db technologies and 3 Sennheisers - this should be enough for me for the moment...
