So, anyone know the names of the busty models in Poland's contribution?

I would strongly disagree with that as we have seen Demons, Aliens, Pirates, suggested prostitution, suggested abduction, dwarfs, a puppet Turkey, suggested war, sexual preference, and countless crazy Camp acts and much more perform Eurovision for the last decade. If a bearded drag queen winning Eurovision is not controversial then i dunno what is mate. I think the response most of the above posters are evidence of that.
Personally looking a a drag queen with a beard slightly turns my stomach, but that is my issue. I don't take it beyond that and express my contempt for gay people in general. The comments above equated gay people with being freaks. Some of you should obviously get out more
Point taken and I will review the comments expressed by people in this thread from your view point to get a better picture of where your coming from.My issue is with your moderation or rather the lack of it here. That is what I am so disappointed in.
If the guy is happy like that, why care to understand....juat try to accept people as they are (as long as they dont harras others)Joe Gerardi wrote:Aside from the fact that the song wasn't that good, I don't understand why someone would be a drag queen, but then want to paint a beard on himself. If you want to be a girl, you have no facial hair (except for Italian grandmothers!); if you want to be a guy, you grow a beard...
But to be a guy who is clean-shaven but dresses up like a girl but then draws a beard on his face, well, there's far too many contradictions and "buts" there that act as distractions, and I can no longer be bothered to watch...
..Joe
lol... fast forward to 5min 50 seconds in the video. Now that's what you call facial hair.lloydsmith wrote:Must say I prefer some of the entries in Sharp's video above. The Finland entry is defintely how to work a beard
YEAH!!! Thrash that Banjo!!!Sharp wrote:lol... fast forward to 5min 50 seconds in the video. Now that's what you call facial hair.![]()
Sharp.
But when a person presents them to us as a performer, they are asking for some sort of acceptance. This chap seems to be asking a little too much.Bachus wrote:If the guy is happy like that, why care to understand....juat try to accept people as they are (as long as they dont harras others)
Ummm, a bit like Bowie around 1971 thenJoe Gerardi wrote:This chap seems to be asking a little too much.
Exactly. I had the exact same reaction then, too. Wasn't until the '80s that I would listen to Bowie.Kronik wrote:Ummm, a bit like Bowie around 1971 then(I remember the outcry due to the original cover of The Man Who Sold the World - "Man in a frock!!!... shoot the blighter!")
Are you serious? This chap seems to be asking a little too much.
Well, I have no time for them, either, I think the only tune I've heard from Lady Gagger is the duet with Tony Bennett, which she does incredibly well. Yes, she *can*sing; why she doesn't is beyond me.karmathanever wrote:Are you serious? This chap seems to be asking a little too much.
Check out Gaga, Madonna, Miley Cyrus ... the list goes on.
One thing - "he" not only won but is now internationaly recognised and constantly being talked about it seems.
If he, or his management are smart, he could be around for a long time...
