Finally you're right ! I'll update LINK in next few hours with the Upgraded Austrian Upright and note it's very close to your Baldwin upright !

It's nice to offer something for free, but I don't think I'll be installing this file. It appears to use a strange and unorthodox approach, operating outside of the normal Kronos system (hence the error that occurs during the installation process). Among other things, it seems possible that the unauthorized "EXs" numbering might conflict with banks from Korg or third parties.

Nope ... it won't !
But if you like you can unpack it and use the orthodox way.

I'm sorry, but I'm not convinced of that, and I don't see how you can guarantee proper operation with what appears to be a hack.

Nothing to add ... 850 users that already use it can confirm it.

As I'm sure you realize, those users (you're actually counting downloads, btw, not users) have not done extensive compatibility testing.

Among other things, EXs are each allocated a unique number, which sounds use to reference their samples. It sounds like you are distributing unofficial "EXs" with your own numbers, which would then conflict with the official numbering, potentially resulting in sounds playing the wrong samples.

It's easy to avoid this by using User Sample Banks, of course, which work perfectly for unofficial distribution, and each have their own auto-generated unique ID.

Concerning this distribution , bank ID is unique for every user after installation , created by system itself.
But also the coincidence of two 32 bit alphanumeric bank ID is less than 1 in the billion !

- Format your USB stick in Kronos
- Copy "Austrian Upright Piano" folder in your thumb drive that includes EXs_INSTALLER.exsins in first level
- Try again
