Tolerance is nothing more than patience with boundaries...

When all that patience has run out, and when those boundaries are taken down, then I will not be the one who is upset by that action...

And action is coming if Korg continues on its present course...

Customers deserve better.

I understand you guys feelings and, in some ways, agree. Everybody has different expectations and tolerances. And we use the instrument in different ways. Therefor we run into situations that the other would not even consider a problem. No instrument is perfect for everyone. Fortunately, the marketplace provides us with options and we should consider them all as potential answers to our needs. I tend to follow this:
"fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me"
So far for me I have no real problems with the product. It is not the same as my pA3xle, but it is certainly better sounding. This keyboard is a lot different in its setup and operations. But I am not looking elsewhere. I am happy learning how to interact with this instrument. I do not know why Korg is not more responsive, They are slow fixing glitches; maybe there is a lack of personnel to verbalize to customers. I hope you guys get to the point where you are happy. Life is too short.

What new does the PA5 do different than the PA 4. ( besides sounding better maybe ).

korg would not have this problem if they would have started were the PA 4 left off.
First mistake korg.

If they made a PA5X with everything the PA 4x has in it and work as it did in the pa4x had in it, all of the other new apps or new functions , that have bugs in it , I for one could wait until they fix the new functions with bugs in it no problem.

They say it's a new operating system OK.
korg pa4x has been out for eight years, and this is all they've done.( you need new computer programmers)

So the PA 5X came out two years ago still updateing and growing and that good, keep it up Korg ...
So Now ,, Korg ..

Put a working PA4x first inside of the PA 5x.
Then Add all of your new functions..

Korg is still trying to catch up to the PA 4X.

Look at what kord says on their web page

But it is already inside of the PA 4X.

I could buy a medeli akx10, a inexpensive laptop, and do all kinds of DJ work and add .
one DAW and your set to go .

acousticsamples C7 Grand Piano Virtual Instrument Software
and so many more vst .
And look at the money I'd save..

Now you have one keyboard to play live and have fun and goof off and one laptop computer to blow away everything else.
And I only spent $2000 now I have $3000 save to go on vacation.

A person with cheap medeli akx10 keyboard and a cheap computer and Virtual DJ (free ) and one or two vst plugin ... Will kick the ass of any
korg pa5x and probably the next model6 and the next until they come up till the 21st century.

It's just a computer with piano keys on it that's all.
The blending of two styles together is great, but that's for playing around at home goofing off having fun not for business. Is only icing on a cake.

I'm sure most people feel the same way how can they mess things up.
But that's just my opinion. I used a PA 4X,
have a small cheap laptop to do the hottest and the wildest and craziest new songs and the PA 4X to sing and play all the live Beer drinking or solo piano music., I've got the best of both worlds.. I wanted the PA5 to do all this and one package..but No

.

So why can't Korg do this why can't they put it all together somebody's sleeping on the job.

In these times of austerity, it should not be forgotten that Korg's customers are their greatest Asset they have, Korg would do very well, NOT to forget that...

Customers' perceptions are Korg's reality...

What customers think about their products should MATTER...

If Korg do not put their customers perception first,

Korg have been absent in giving their customers the help and issued resolution they seek, and i am not surprised to see that satisfaction and loyalty have fallen, and i would imagine spending tends will also
follow.

Apparently on certain social media sites
Korg has removed Derogatory Comments, where users listed certain issues & Bugs.

So maby Korg would be Very Pleased to see this Forum go-down
Reported issues and bugs are bad for business.................
