Licencing

Post by Julle2007 »

Dear KLC-DE user
I had similar problem from the beginning (some weeks ago), I also update everything (user of XP2), the last thing I do whas to download the latest version of LCC-program from Syncrom... After that it work properly.

But Now Im waiting for a solution of VST-connecting to my new installed Cubase Essential 4, earlier I use Cubase 3SX without problem. Do you know anything about VST-versions ? This studio-prg use VST3.

Best regards: Peter

Upgrading to KLC-AE2007 is only one option. The other is buying an upgrade license to v1.2 and downloading that license onto a Syncrosoft/Steinberg key.

Read the KLC Upgrade FAQs here:
http://www.korguser.net/shop/software/support/faq.asp

The cost of the v1.2 upgrade license is only $15 (plus the cost of a Syncrosoft key if you don't already have one).

The other alternative is to try to get a "License Code". The original KLC used a "challenge/response" authorization system, which means a single locking code is specific to a single computer.

At KorgUser.net, AFTER you log in, on the right-hand side of the screen is a "RE-issue License Code" option.

If you have any trouble, contact your country Korg Distributor.
