Also, where do we upload entries and when do we have to have them done by. I've got a tune ready to go now, but the more time for tweaking, the better.

It sure is going to be hard to compete against those sampling machines, coz their pallette of sounds is unlimited, but I'm going to push my little EMX1 to the limit to at least give y'all some competition.
no problem, right on it. i'm gonna host the tourney over at soundclick. you can link to your submitted tune anywhere you prefer to host it, but i would recommend using soundclick, sign up and follow instructions here

https://www.soundclick.com/community/Ne ... m?Band=Yes

i agree about having our work cut out against the samplers, were in the same boat, get tweaking them synth lines

hopefully will have the rules and pairings up today or manana. plz bear with me folks.

I just hope i can get my tunes in .... my pc is f***ed , nearly useless .
Samplers are the least of my worries , and anyway , the mx has HUGE potential .... i think the mx tunes may be more interesting , maybe .

I was going to use my sampler only but have opted 4 the mx , it just keeps opening up more more over the years . Love it .....

deadline soon pls :) ,

Reddone,

If you can get an EMX song done with all your real-time tweaks, mutes and solo's recorded, I'm happy to load it up into my MX and record it, if you can't get your PC up in time.

Heh, it might have been a bad idea to hold this over the chirstmas holidays. heh.

Is anything happening with this? I am ready to rock! but I see no thread on those other forums.

Anyways! I'll keep churning tunes out! hehehe.

hello! just dropping in to say that i haven't forgotten the tourney. i'm having a holiday in a totally tropical place called wolverhampton. obviously, barcelona lacks the sophistication and warmth that a primate like myself enjoys, so i have to pop over to soak it up when i can. i'm on a mate's pc right now, but will be back home on the 5th and will get the ball rolling straight away. thanyou for your continued patience. hope you all had a great festive period and will have a great nu year.

looking forweard to getting booted out in R1 but running the tourney out of SHEER LOVE.

Cool - My track is done.

Just got to wait for my account to be approved at Soundclick, and I'll be set.

Cool. My soundclick profile is up & running. Here's a sneak preview of what might be coming at you  (its a live jam I made a couple of months ago) I'll be busy all week stuffing my self-made beats, etc. into my ESX. Bless the maker of the ESX-wav-organiser =D> . I might even do a bit of vocal and sample it in there if it sounds okay.
I'll probably have my contending track up on Saturday. Good luck everybody!!! :D

Oh yeah, the sneak preview: http://www.soundclick.com/bands/default ... dID=791696
