Thanx everyone. I just wish the dude didn't keep standing in front of the camera  He knew it was there and recording.

EnjoyRC,

Thanks so much for taking the time to do this video shoot.
I thought it was excellent and the sound was great also.

Kronos is all I thought it would be and more.
Kronos 73 didn't appear to be a large as the synth action Oasys 76?

One thing that was clear to me, in reading posts here and there, the naysayers rant about how weak and thin Korg filters are.. "NOT" all patches played, were very full and crystal clear.

Great Job!

No kidding. When you moved the camera, it was evident that there was lots of room, and he didn't need to interfere in your video work! In fact, I was surprised at how few people were there.

It was definitely nice to have that intimate setting. Gave us all a chance to interact with questions, and to have hands on the Kronos. I'll tell you what.. there are some very good players in Nashville, TN. You heard a bit of them playing the Kronos.

I'm sorry I'm trumping this up again but the longer this thread remains at the top the more if bugs me so I feel duty bound to flag it again - this is NOT an "All-Access Party" it's a "US-Access Party" and should be renamed so both on the Korg US web site (www.korg.com) and on this thread. This forum is an international forum started by an Irishman, and the flagrant misuse of Krog international by Korg US continues to be a disgrace.

No offence to my US colleagues on this forum - and I'm not anti American (I worked for a US company and they were the happiest years of my career and I love going to NY and SF every few years) - it's just Korg US's advertising (misadvertising) attitude that really pisses me off.

Again - this is a world forum, not a US forum; and Korg US is not Korg and should not be masquerading as such. Korg need to sort this out for the respect of their world user base as Yamaha and Roland did long ago.

I think it's time I drafted a letter to the CEO of Korg in Japan.

Kevin.

I accept Greg it looks that way and that it looks like I've nothing else to be doing (I assure you I'm working 70+ hour weeks so there's plenty to be doing). It's just this one arrogant abuse by Korg US - on this forum - that I find so offensive. I note the careful awarenss of this issue in SOS and on sonicstate.com in recent months - where for example sonicstate.com correctly flagged that this was a Korg US 'party' and not a Korg party. So I'm not alone in this.

Yamaha and Roland on their respective .com sites correctly direct users to their correct country / world region and flag all promitions from the outset as such; while Korg US (who on www.korg.com incorrectly title the web site simply "Korg") continue to not give a damn about Korg corporate / international, where for example they invite people to watch Jorgan Rudes on Youtube only to find out that you need to be a US citizen to enter - as if the world begins at NY and ends at LA. I'm not completely against US only promotions (though as said only wealthy countries offer these promotions so there's a prejudice there by Korg Corporate in this policy against users in poorer countries) but its the promotion of US-only promotions as if they are Korg, which they are not; and most especially the use of this forum for the exclusive benefit of Korg US as if it's Korg - at my/our expense.

I understand your point. You know how it goes. The topic starter was likely
a musician. The posts of the events flowed from there. Just as you would expect on an enthusiastic Internet forum. And this is an independent forum,
I bet you have equal respect/regard for Sharp , as I do , since he has kept it afloat for nearly 10 years.

I can have a discussion about US marketing, but we would bore folks to beers with that. I will sum that up as I best know it " think big , or go
home "

FYI, I certainly don't feel wealthy one bit. I work 70 hours per week to scratch out a living. I bet I am not the only American like this.
