Thank you Korg for this great update. I love the volume sliders in the combi window to see which timbres are really active (wish there would be an icon in all other screens as well).
And of course I like the set list slot improvements.

Great update amazing new features but still we can't use keys C-1 to C2 when RPPR is on. One of the biggest limitations on Kronos

Hello to all,
First thanks to Korg for this great upgrade (best Christmas present for all of us, Kronos lovers). I have one question for all guys who have installed OS v.3.02. Did you noticed any changes in banks and preloaded samples banks (order change or inside change of programs)? It's not logical for me, because from which I know all programs info and... it loading from preloaded file (this is not include with update). I will be very appreciate to get precise answer to my question. Thanks for all your attention.

Please Michel,
Can you answer to my question, about a banks and programs in the banks. Does it all in same order like before upgrade (banks and programs in the banks and sampled programs) to v.3.02? Thanks for all.

have to say I am super jealous that you all have this and have to wait a minimum of another month (probably 2 months) before I get my K2 delivered

it's just released a few hours ago
i will add two videos in the near future, one that shows the update proces for people that are a little affraid to update their firmware, so they know what to expect. And one dedicated to the SGX-2 piano string resonance feature.
But more 3.0 videos will follow in the next few weeks, like an extensive setlist video.

Not yet installed the new OS 3.02, but downloaded it and open the manual version E8.
All things announced seems to be really great, but you're right, keys from C-1 to C2 are still allocated to the shutdown RPPR keys.

Maybe there's a technical limitation to not user-defined the shutdown range nor specified a MIDI Channel.
Or maybe for a future OS 3.5
Nonetheless, it's a fantastic upgrade, enjoy it !!!
Thanks to Korg dev team, and all support guys such as Dan or Jack H.
Happy Christmas to all of Kronos community.

Boom... System update fail... I now have a all grey screen and non responsive keyboard. Buttons don't work, keys don't work, nothing. Followed the instructions to the letter (and have done this before without issue). Just fair warning to people tempted to do this who have a gig this weekend (I don't, thankfully) that you absolutely should wait until you have some time just in case you have to restore!
I'm sure it's an isolated incident but just a reminder that updates do occasionally go haywire!

Loving it all.
The Sequencer GUI feels a lot slower though when switching between songs. I don't ever remember being able to go from one song to the next, and having enough time to press start and hear my song playing back only to find the screen hasn't even change / refreshed yet.
Regards
Sharp.

Thanks to Korg for THE update of the century
If it was my business I would charge for it.......
I have waited for that Setlist update and it was better than imagined - brilliant job and worth the wait for that alone
