Anyone know how (if?) to change the default velocity for notes you input in sequencer mode? Seems to always default to 96.

When changing to a new pattern can you set which parts are on and off or do you have to wait until the pattern switches anf frantically swith off the unwanted parts manually?

Eg: I want to switch to patern x but only want drums and bassline when it comes in.

A part's mute status is stored within each pattern, so in theory what you want to do is perfectly possible. You might struggle to get a clean transition between the two patterns though... :(
If I'm not listening to music, or if I'm not making music, then I'm probably thinking about music.

Volca Sample, FM, Beats, Kick. OP-1, Monologue, Pocket Operators. And an ipad.

#moog66, you've got 2 options...
Either Frantic part muting as the New part comes in or save a copy of pattern x with everything But bass and drum parts muted!
Loving My First Electribe!!!
electribe2 synth, km402 mixer
and a couple of Pioneer CDJs!
And Now a Volca Sample...

Thanks guys. I dont think the sudden change will be to bad for the type of music Im hoping to make with it. Essentially its going to be metal withan electronic twist.

Anyone know if it's possible to easily copy the 16 steps I programmed for one bar to the next bar in patterns that are longer than 1 bar?

Unfortunately not, I'd love to see this too. If your pattern is only one bar long initially, changing it to 4 bars will copy the first bar for you, but that's as close as you'll get.

Bummer.

How do we nag Korg for new features? Is there an email address?
