Electribe 2 + what additional hardware???

I would add something to warm it up a bit, like a Strymon Deco. Either that or maybe a looper pedal or nice delay to help smooth out the gap with pattern changes.

The Octatrack would be my first choice if you didn't say "cheap".

The electribe2 also sounds good through an Eventide Space.

Then, everything does. :D

Gotta fancy ambient stuff though, since there are no alternate outputs on the e2 so we could mix dry drums and basses, and have spacey effected stuff swirling around in the background.
Using audio recording and multitracking would allow this off course, but I'm not.

I have just reserved a MiniNova that Andertons had 2nd hand, £149 which is good value for a £270 synth I think with 3 month warranty from Andertons?
