Thanks, SanderXpander. I have loaded other exi's and sounds(not for quite awhile) and usually, if I remember correctly I could choose where I wanted the PCG files to load. These Jensen guitar programs are defaulted to UG and I have that filled with programs as well as UAA, UBB, UCC. The next open spot is UDD.

How do I load the files correctly into UDD the first time and not mess up and overwrite the UG files? Thanks you guys... your advice is always very appreciated. :) :) :)

Oh man, I owe you a beer.

With all the great sample libraries around these days, I find myself needing a PC less and less. If only the sequencer on the Kronos was a little better, I think I'd be ready to go fully hardware ...

Choose "open" on the PCG file instead of "load". Navigate inside until you see the bank you want to load, then choose "load" and you'll be prompted for a location. Be aware that in this case the destination bank has to be an HD1-type.

Brilliant - thank you for this pack! There are definitely a few programs in here I'll be using to reinforce the overall sound in the various bands that I am working with. I may even try to fool people with one of the solo sounds!

Thank you once again, your excellent work is much appreciated.

I've added a tutorial that hopefully makes installing these libraries easier for beginners. It uses the Iowa piano, but it could just as easily be applied to the Jensen Guitars.

The video was absolutely great!...but...somehow I messed up big time. I got the pcg loaded into udd like I wanted but when I went back to listen to it all the sounds were dead. I can scroll through the list on my K but no sounds are in the programs. The entire list was there like it should be but no sounds. To make matters worse it also loaded up the dead programs in bank ug like I didn't want it to.

I tried deleting the ksc, user ksc the jensen guit file and the pcg. Then I tried reloading them without the jensen guit file...nothing. Then I deleted the 3 remaining files and reloaded all 4 files...nothing.

I checked the size of the Jensen guitar folder and it has 16.9MB, the ksc is 5.17 kb, the pcg is 620kb and the user ksc is 127kb. Does anyone know if my flash drive has incorrect amounts of data? Perhaps that is why there is no sound.

I am at whits end and I have no idea what I did wrong. So if anyone has
any helpful ideas...they would be gratefully appreciated. Since I messed up my ug bank(the first 30 program slots) I want to finally have these sounds more than ever. Then it will not be a complete loss.

Thanks in advance for any assistance and I do appreciate all the people that have already made an effort.

Could it be you're trying to work with the USB Stick when you should be using the SSD to load the sounds? I've had this before with a user. I went back and edited the tutorial, now instructing you to remove the USB stick once the copy is complete.

The size is off for the folder. It should be ~850MB.

Thanks Busch. Obviously what I downloaded was flawed as I showed you the size of my files. I guess I'd better reload the files and try again. :) :) :)

I just went to the purgatory link on page 1 of this posting. As I am downloading it says it is 589MB. Am I on the wrong link?

The compressed size is around 617MB. Looks like you're on track.

Thanks Busch, great sounds. It turns out that it was a defective download from my satellite internet. Now I have the soundset in 2 locations.

Does anyone know how to delete programs from locations that are duplicates? :) :) :)
