If I remember well in OS 1.1.3 Midi transpose was working...

Me and few of my friends here on the forum can't set this up....on the Pa3x everything is working fine...on Pa4x same setup and nothing....did you try it?

I don't get this

Simply no filtering on both keyboards - all transpose works fine.
The only exception for my set up is that I disable PC on Kronos - no other filtering - all Channel 1

When I can get my Kronos re-connected (not before tomorrow) I'll send pics of the screens on both keyboards.

Well there may be an easy fix from korg's side that will come with a new update as i think i read that the faulty samples play nice on sampling menu in both as single samples and as multisamples. so the problem must be in the kmp section so it can be fixed with an update or a utility that will convert the set to a compatible with the new software one.
At first ,when i wrote my previous comment, i was thinking that now it is how it should work and not like 1.1.3 but now it came into my mind that it must be an easy fix as the 1.2.0 version CAN play the samples/multisamples correctly in sampling menu but not in sound mode!

I agree. But you don't sell the new "flagship" without serious tests.
If Cisco whould do the same thing with their networking equipment nobody would buy their products. But they are an example for the way things should be done. Korg just tested their product with us. Some of us sold pa3x and the only keyboard they have is pa4x. How can u perform live with an arranger that freezes anytime it wants. 1.2.0 is not the only version with problems. 1.1.... has the audio routing bug (mp3 player) and so many. If we buy their products and the only thing we do is to wait for someone to listen to us, they will keel doing it. If 50% of pa4x would have been returned, someone there in italy would understand that this is not the way business should be managed.

I'm tired speaking about my dissapointment with pa4x and my english is poor, so i hope in june-july would exist a stable os for pa4x because i need it for life performance.

You see, cisco product have to do with security issues when a bug arises so they can't do this at all!
I don't agree with korgs method though as it seems like they are not testing properly whatever they release..It would be ok if it had been done one time only but every os has problems and not only old ones...

Transposition via midi out does not work and there is every story is redundant!!!Here I made the video file and send buddy and user forums with the name zoric but you can look at themselves in this hundred letters!Please do not tell me that when you do something what does not work for all other users,because it turns out that you're making fools of us!This is what I write here is for the good of all users Pa4x to responsible people from the factory are able to correct and improve this new version of OS 1.20,if I 'm lying ahead and do the video show us how to do this when you are functioning free!Thank's

Making statements like this doesn't help and is quite ridiculous.
All I can tell you right now is that I am using MIDI transpose successfully from my PA4X and as I have said above, I will pass on my exact settings to try and help here.
No way would I attempt to make fools of anyone - I find that offensive.

I will send my MIDI set-ups when I can get my keyboards together again which (I repeat) will be late today (Tues).

For this error I got back to 1.1.3.
Without sampled sounds I can not produce my music and performing.

Compress your samples on 1.20 and everything will work fine!

OK - just thinking further about this MIDI transpose issue.

Assuming that MIDI channels are matching on both devices, here is what definitely works (example):-
PA4X MIDI-out to Kronos MIDI-in
Play my PA4X style setting UPPER 1 to play my Kronos sound (i.e. MIDI channel)
Press transpose up/down and Kronos sound transposes perfectly
(The above here also works perfectly with my Jv1080, Kurzweil, VR09 etc...)

OK - BUT if you are expecting the Kronos's own internal transpose to change then that is VERY VERY different - you would need to send the appropriate Kronos MIDI message from the PA4X to change the Kronos's internal transpose setting (most likely SYSEX but have no idea)

Just trying to clarify this......
Also just about to set up my Kronos with PA4X.....

Will get back with settings and anything else I find...

Yes we are trying to transpose interneal transpose of the other wotkstation,in my case Kronos,so basically you don't know yet if you can transpose uour internal Transposevon Kronos,but I assume if we can't thet the bug is still here but let's wait and see what will you make....

I repeat again that I apply to my bug Korg Pa4x and all other not to send Master Transpose via midi out again and again that I'm interested solely and only that I know that can be achieved midi connections or Master transpose does not work via midi out as the forum say it works for them!When KorgPa3x it all functioned properly and this is what I do now I do I would not humiliate people from Korg corporations than to help all of us who play two keyboards and this function means a lot for faster handling to correct a bug in the OS!Setting this video to explain to people who claim to Transpose via midi out work for them that they are wrong!Thanks
