Hi Greg:
I wish you luck with this, there are certainly things I would like to see, including more memory locations. But, the last recorded estimate of # of Kronos sold (last updated in 2019) was over 44k. Do you really think that a sampling of 59 people is going to affect anything? I think it's always good for Korg to hear from, and to look for input from their customers. But I don't see such a small sampling of the owners doing anything to move the needle. If I were you, I would wait and work harder to gather a significant number of responses before sending off your missive.
Best regards,
Jerry
P.S. And please, don't ask me to help you sway their opinion.

Thanks , Jerry
I will take quality over quantity.
I disagree with your opinion that the expression of 59 serious Kronos owners is ' not enough ".
I think their interest is totally valid and important. and their expression should be heard now.
The poll captures serious KRONOS owners in most territories, countries, all over the world.
And statistical sampling has always taken a small slice of a 'population ' verses a huge numerical slice.
and if Korg Inc of Japan, ignores the concerns of a thoughtful global ownership group, thats on them, not us.

Good day. I hope my letter finds you well.
I am speaking for a group of Kronos owners, located in
various countries and territories around the world.
We request your support of the Kronos keyboard, an instrument
that gives us countless hours of enjoyment.
We notice the last OS revision dates to March 2019.
The last enhancement [3.1] is from 2017.
Further OS support will benefit existing Kronos
owners and future Kronos owners.
We are confident Kronos has great potential. Here is a
brief list that would greatly enhance Kronos ownership:
-additional program banks that will support 3rd party samples
-improved polyphony would eliminate dropped notes and clicking noise
-additional wave sequence slots and sounds
Furthermore, we have an ongoing and growing list of suggested
enhancements http://www.korgforums.com/forum/phpBB2/ ... p?t=122482
Some of us are willing to purchase enhancements for Kronos.
We believe this is an opportunity for your organization.
I believe this effort illustrates the enthusiasm we have for Kronos.
Ideally we would like to see the next OS revision very soon.
A reply clarifying your timelines for Kronos OS/enhancements , short term, and long term
would benefit owners today and future owners.
Thank you for your time and considering our request. I can also be reached
by phone in the US, Pacific time.
Sincerely, 心から
