In the main screen of Style Edit you can choose an element. This can be done in two ways according to the manual. The first way is via the menu. The second way is via the control buttons, for example, INTRO 2.

Way two doesn't work. When you select one of the control buttons, the element does not change.

I have informed the Korg Importer in the Netherlands of this thread where all our found bugs are described. Hopefully they can forward it to Korg.

Korg are fully aware of these forums and I don't doubt are checking on them but they will make no commitment or attachment to us - this was a new management decision (3+ years ago) and is why we no longer hear from the specific team in Italy nor from Korg generally - Italy is under very strict instructions NOT to communicate with us.
Unfortunately Distributors/importers/retailers have absolutely no power.

If you read the very many concerns about this you'll discover when the "new rules" came into play.

I strongly believe that more owners should get together and issue a registered group complaint to Korg about the state of their PA5x product and of their refusal to communicate.

Hi!
When I try to switch between User banks in the Keyboard Set Library, there's a "shift" mismatch. Pressing "2" takes you to "User 1", pressing "3" takes you to "User 2", Pressing "4" takes you to "User 3", etc. Here's the kicker: Pressing "1" reverts from "User" to "Factory". This is very annoying and I can't figure out how to fix it. It's likely a bug.
If this was addressed, can you please direct me? Thanks!

Songbook does not work properly.The os released But the problem still exists and Big issue with Songbook.when I choose one of entry from songbook the parameter of style will change and you have to reselect the Style from it's path, that means at this point Songbook isn't usable.If you want to try replicate this bug, Enter Songbook, and then go manually on the screen and reselect the Style from it's path.and you missed sounds,pads and tempo that programmed on entry of songbook.please fix this issue in the next os.we don't have this problem in pa4x.

Not sure if this has been reported before or if it is even related to 1.2.1. When I select keyboard set to style link turned on; I play a style and while the style is still playing I play any keyboard set linked to that style; everything is okay.

But when I change the style midway while it is playing; or even when I stop it, the style correctly selects the new group of keyboard sets but when I start playing some of the initial notes remain on / sustained forever. I have to actually then select SHIFT + RESET to stop them from playing.

It is not consistent but it is also not specific to any style or keyboard set. Not sure if anyone else has had this problem.

Only thing that can make them listen us here is boycot of korg pa5x, Korg didnt make any anouncement when they sold a lot of faulty pa800 models with deffective mainboards, why would they do it now?

I personally know many many musicians who are planing to stay on pa4 and not to buy pa5 because they are not sure things will be better with all those errors...

in my country price for pa4 is almost as price of used pa5...

and one guy who sell pa5 said to me, half of pa5 keyboards he sold are working without any problems, bat almost half of them have big problems, freezing during play, and etc...... didnt heard that from tyros or ketron users

so everybody, think twice before buying new pa5

Don't worry about it because the OS update is coming on or before this coming July 4th.

Are you sure that we will get the update by this July 4th; if it is true, then it will make the holiday worth exploring the new OS.

Pa5x doesn't save choosen preset via Ensemble function into the keyboardSET that is a part of SongBook entry.
