Not specifically, the videos are all based on demos on the Pa1x. Much is applicable to Pa800, not sure about applicability to Pa80 though.

Sorry about the ongoing delays.

I cannot give an Estimated Time of Delivery for all the DVD's until I've fixed the Adobe Encore problem.

Best regards,
Rob
HI ROB, :D

Are the dvd already ready ?

I stoped to use premiere [6.1] besause the problem's with "mpeg's" format, :!:
and i am using pinnacle studio 8.12 and 10.7 plus, to make "mpeg" and DVD's,
and there is no problem's! :!: :) :) :) :!:
I do not sure that there is a way to fix the Adobe Encore problem, if you are trying to render it directly to DVD.
Have you try to make out avi dv uncompressed file from your project,
and only after that to make it to DVD?

Best regards,
avi.

Hello Avi,

Thanks for your email.

The DVD's we produced feature Chris Whitehead on the Pa1x and contain detailed information on Creating Styles, Sequencing, Creating Sounds, Performances, Vocal Harmony, MP3 recording etc that is common for the Pa1x, Pa800 and Pa2x. There are about 70 chapters of different topics covered. I think the DVD's will be very useful to you even on a Pa800.

Unfortunately, the new features on the Pa800 and Pa2x like Guitar mode and the equaliser are not featured in the present set of DVD's. The present project has been run not for profit and I don't get paid anything. At the moment I am exhausted after spending over 400 hours voluntary work on this. Also I cannot afford to buy a Pa2x or Pa800 right now.

Best regards,
Rob

Pounds vs. U.S. currency....

Post by Gorilla »

Hello Rob, I have been a way for awhile due to spine surgery. Well, I am back. No pun intended. Lol!. Congrats. on the completion of the DVD's. I want to order them but I do not understand what a pound adds to in U.S.A. currency.

Hi Gorilla

Hope you have recovered well from your surgery.

At today's rate of exchange the £30 for the DVD set converts to approx $61.92 .

There will be an invoice included with the DVD set with details of payment methods. If you just add the cost of the postage ( add up the amount on the stamps) and pay through PayPal for example it will do the conversion for you.

Hope this helps

Regards

Hi Mick,

Hope you've caught up on your sleep, and that your next recording project goes well. Thanks again for your help in Corfu completing the editing and DVD menu builds last week!

Best regards,
Rob
