Yes you have to replace it since Korg suggested that !
None of your specs is gonna change !
The reason you must change it is that cells have defective (or maybe not at all)
exhausting valves and in case of temperature rise during charging it might be exploded !

AntonySharmman: what is the fastest way to find the multisamples containing those "ghost samples greyed out" ? with so many multisamples is a bit difficult to find the right ones..... manually searching will eventualy last several hours or even days.

"ghost samples greyed out" issue is not exactly an ordinary situation but
the subsequent of user's bad manipulation to exceed Ram availability.
This situation seems to be "a pain" in order to recover references since the
true bad issue isn't really that you have to find them among thousands of
samples but the fact that you can't delete them at all since they aren't
selectable and occupy Ram space.

The only way to really delete these samples is to find reference MS or DK, delete
it(or them) and then delete all unused samples.
Manual investigation in samples list is the safe way to find these samples.

Therefore when Ram oveload is noticed , prior procedure must be deleting the
recent MS or DK loaded checking "delete unused samples" box , otherwise later
will be rough enough to eliminate greyed samples.
