Great letter! As they say, don't add, don't subtract.
The only thing you would not want to give the letter an collelective character?
Having made the signature like this:
GregC, Galf2, and so on
That we many users of Kronos appeal to them.

Thank you , everyone ! All I did was quote your excellent ideas, suggestions.
Adding 64 [ or less ] signatures/names, is a strong idea.
It would be its own page, a signature page
If anyone wants to create a signature page, I can add it.
My recommendation is to fill the page completely.
I have a deadline [ prepping for surgery]] for letter changes - its this morning.
Its 7:15 am here in CA.

Our letter was sent today, USPS Priority to Korg Inc/Tokyo.
Mail takes at least 6 days. A fax would be quicker.
I tried to Fax our letter to Korg Japan.
It would not go thru.
Here's the info:
Head Office
4015-2, Yanokuchi, Inagi-shi, Tokyo, 206-0812, Japan
Tel: 042-379-5771
Fax: 042-379-5773
from the US, the international country code for calls to Japan is 81
No luck.
Can someone volunteer to verify the Korg Inc fax # ?

Greg try dropping the zero off the fax number so +81423795773 - that should work

Korg Inc, the 2 Kato's received our letter/ fax this morning [ Pacific time]
This is in addition to the mailing of hard copies to their office in Tokyo.
I considered the remarks by some on this forum who are pessimistic about an outcome to our letter to Korg Inc.
If they want to be pessimistic, that's their choice.
I am not pessimistic.
I enjoy the challenge- communicating to Korg Inc.
What we are asking for is fair and reasonable.

Hey guys, its been 2 weeks, I am sure Korg Japan got our letter.
No response so far.
I had surgery and had to recuperate the past week. and couldn't move around outside, etc etc.
Next week, lets say the week of aug 3, I will followup by phone and by fax.
Thanks for hanging in there.
