So - although I've started this thread it seems I'm the last one to listen to the sounds ...

Went through 64 of the programs yesterday and the other half today. Wow! Some very nice sounds linger in my ears. Esp. the motions-synths are really cool! Eg. UG112 Rhythm Monkey Grv 2: play a single note and start grooving: SW1 on/off per bar, then start adding js y-down and back to the middle, then add ribbon controller and vector-js ... and go crazy ... now chords in addition ... ... could do this all day long! 8)

I wonder how you guys audition these sounds. But I don't want to do 128+ sounds on a day. I have to try out all the switches, ribbons, karma etc. - there are so many details to discover ... and after 64 well programed sounds I'm quite exhausted. Auditioning combis with Karma takes even longer. So how can you audition all sounds on just one day?!?

Hi Charlie, I think you are absolutely right. It takes time to explore all the different programs and combis. I am still exploring and like the deep programming. Sometimes I stick a view days with one combi if it inspires me for a song. 8)

So yes, you can go quickly through all the presets, but you will miss a lot of nice details.

I am a bit late to the party here :-) I finally got to try these sounds and I am very pleased with the collection, thank you !

I was explaining to a friend about my admiration for Michael Schumacher the Formula 1 driver; not only was he a great driver but consistently turned in great performances. The Korg voicing team seem to be equally able to just keep turning out great performances, it's an amazing achievement really.

Thanks !

Daz.
