Korg Arranger Secrets
I have received the DVDs right on time, as expected. I think that the team has done a perfect job, I simply do not have words to express my compliments! I own a PA800, but there are no problems at all in extending the guide to this keyboard.
I hope we will have in the future more chapters, for instance about digital recording from the arranger (something I am not able to master yet).
To all of you my very best wishes for a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

Thanks a lot for your kind words. I think you will need a bit more than a long sleeved shirt at the moment, I suggest full Arctic survival gear

Seriously though, if you can extend your visit to come and see me in Corfu it would be my pleasure to provide accommodation in my villa for you and your wife f.o.c. Just send me an email to discuss details and timing.
Best regards,
Rob

Santa Claus didn't forget, in fact he sent a big parcel with 40 DVD's for North America on 12th Dec. Subsequently his Reindeer have been on strike - something to do with one of their team having a very shiny nose and being excluded from the Reindeer Games - and this has caused unexpected delays in the international post. No customers in North America have received their "Arranger Secrets" parcels yet. Santa is very embarassed about this and has decided to extend the Christmas Season well into January to allow sufficient time to make the delivery.
I am sorry about the delay.
Best regards,
Rob

There was a batch of 40 NTSC DVD's sent to North America customers who ordered before end Nov 07. Pauli, yours is in that batch. The post was sent from the UK on 12th Dec, but has been held up due to the Christmas backlog. The DVD's should arrive very soon.
Gorilla, your order was confirmed after the first batch of 40 was sent and Worth will be making another batch in January. You could PM Worth directly if you need an exact date when these will be ready.
Best regards,
Rob

In order to play the DVD's you need a DVD player that will read the wide screen DVD+R disks. Most modern DVD players will do this with no problems. If anyone has an older type DVD player that will only play DVD-R or DVD-VIDEO disks in low resolution then there will be a problem.
We recommend that you get a new multi-format DVD player that handles DVD-R and DVD+R as well as Widescreen and High Definition scaling, PAL and NTSC, multiregion, with an HDMI output for about $40. The player I just purchased is a Toshiba SD-770SR and it does the lot and cost me 35 Euros.
If you are stuck, then please email korgarrangersecrets@gmail.com and we will try to assist you further.
Best regards,
Rob and Worth

Dear Rob,
what could I say? Your job is very nice, interesting, usefull, and realized with professional love!!!
I just received (yesterday) the package and made the payment by Paypall, as for your instructions,
I started watching CD1. The quality of video/audio is excellent (speciallly when you play the keyboard).
The Vocal Harmony chapter is so pleasant.
For what refer to the DVD player (I have seen a few peoples to discuss about), I have a Sony player of the first (oldest) series, and your CD work perfect with it.
Of course for an Italian, as I am, to follow your strict/fast English is quite an hard figth. But neverthless I got it! It is a good exercise.
Finally, I think that Korg should meditate about buyng your work, to use it not only as a tutorial for PA owners, but also as a tremendous knowledge tool for peoples interested to purchase a PA keyboard.
Thank you for THE BEST AFTER SALE PRODUCT made available both by Korg and third parties, so far.
And happy new year to everybody!
Angelo

Hi Angelo and everyone else,
Thank you all for your very kind review comments, it makes it all worthwhile for the team including Chris, Worth, Mick, Paul, Sean, Graham and myself who made this happen.
There is an opportunity for three people to each post a detailed review of one the current three DVD's. If you would like to write a review please email korgarrangersecrets@gmail.com, so that we can make sure there is no unnecessary duplication of effort. In return for writing a detailed review on one of the DVD's we will send you the fourth DVD free of charge once we have filmed it! ....
So, yes, we expect we will produce a fourth DVD in the series, for example we wanted to do more on Sampling but ran out of time and money. If anyone who has used all three of the current DVD's would like to post suggestions of what you would like to see on a fourth DVD, we will see what we can do later this year.
Also if you think any of the material on the current three DVD's needs to be expanded in more detail, then please post specific suggestions here, and again we will see what we can do.
Best regards,
Rob and Worth
