@mediterrano yes, if you installed the program in C:\Program Files\... admin privileges would be required because it writes to the database file in the install folder. Let me know if you have any other issues/questions. I'll be monitoring this thread more often.

New version 0.3.0:
Flex Editor M1 V0.3.0
Updates:
- Software now installs in the
Program Files (x86) folder
- The Database used for settings and library is now in the
ProgramData folder
If you are updating from a previous version, the software will ask if you wish to migrate the old database to the new location. Doing this will overwrite the current database with the previous database detected. This operation only needs to be done once. After that, the whole
C:\Flex Editor M1 folder can be deleted
@mediterrano, try this out on your windows 11 machine and see if it works better.
