PA600 Output voice is very week

Post by gkthomas »

I have a new korg Pa600, very new to Korg Arrangers. I have given the output to two Powered studio monitors . I noticed the overall voice output is very week eventhough the volume knob is almost middle. style voice is somewhat ok, But individual sound is very week. I have a Yamaha PSRs910 which give very strong sound output even when the volume knob is less than where the korg is . Both goes to same monitors

Can someone guide me. am I missing any setup. ?

the PA600 has a very weak output signal - if you want a good result set the master-volume up to 80-90%.

Hope that helps.

I'm not a fan of plugging things into powered monitors with no control.

A little mixer or a quality preamp maybe could give you control and all the gain you need.
