M50 Factory sounds

Post by ira »

Is there anyway someone can send me a copy of the M50 factory sounds? I had them on a SD card and was using them on the Krome keybrd but I accidently wrote over them. I like some of the sounds on the M50 more than the Krome.
thank you,
Ira

There's a YouTube video on how to reset the M50 to factory settings.

It's also on page 97 of the Owners Manual.

Sorry, misread the post. If you haven't done any filesaves on the SD card after deleting your PCG files, then there's an excellent chance of recovering the file(s) using Piriform Recuva software. It's got me out of a few scrapes in the past.

If that doesn't get you anywhere, post the fact here and I will see what I can do re the PCG file.

A straightforward file delete only changes the filename in the SD card's directory area so it no longer appears in directory listings. The file contents remain intact unless overwritten by another file or the card has a full format done on it, so can often be recovered completely if done in time.

It is worth installing Recuva so it's ready for when it's needed.
