Problems updating?!

I'm trying to update to the latest firmware and get this message:

Error
Invalid File

(I tried 1.17 & 1.18 with the same results after trying to update from the System folder within the memory card.)

Are you currently running the hacked sampler OS?

If so - you need to revert to the synth OS before installing the regular Korg update.

If you don't have hacked version, redownload the file from Korg, maybe on a different device and copy the file to the card from there.

Verify you don't have old systems sitting in the system folder of the card.

No hacked OS, I have the ES sampler version.
I don't have the old OS on my card.
I re-download the file from Korg on a different device and copied the file to the card with no luck updating

I'm not sure what to do update to the newest OS?!

Are you SURE your not trying to update your Sampler with the Synth firmware?

I spent a good long while with a previous release. I felt quite stupid on about the third attempt when I realised what i was doing.
It might even have been someone here who pointed it out to me.
