I can not boot Korg pa4x instrument: hard reset is it exist?

Hi.
My collage has an issue.
He has Korg pa4x with 1.1.1 OS and after changing audio parameters he can not boot the instrument.
I know that this issue was fixed with 1.1.1 OS, but it seems that made fixes does not work correctly.

And my question.
Is there any way to perform hard reset (Factory reset), in case when there is no possible to get into the Korg system?

Download fresh copy of OS
Reload OS

Unfortunatelly, that sollution did not give any results.
I will add, that the issue has appeared after routing signal from mp3 to Audio 1 and 2 output and switching off the instrument.
I was trying to turn the instrument once again without success

Above mentioned issue should be eliminated with the current OS system.
I turned out, it was not eliminated.
Polish service has given up.

Yes I was able...but the issue still persist. My keyboard at this time is useless.

Did you try contact your Korg Support ??
That's suppose to be first what you should do, you have product under warranty, they must help you.
I'm sure at this moment Korg Support Team is aware of few issue and maybe got solution for you.
If not, post here everything here, means complete story and maybe Paulo can fix your issue.
BTW what OS version you got ?

I'm not working for Korg, I'm not part of their projects.
I'm only same like you, Korg user.
This forum complete independent community, Korg got nothing to do with this, we share knowledge and try to help each other, but politely .

you can sent to Korg Corporation if you feel like they must, but good luck.
If you feel like Korg let you down, you can always return your keyboard and ask for refund.
When system reset file will be 100% ready, I am sure everybody going to have access.
As now you must be patient like everybody else, we all know they still have some issue with OS and they working on this, no need to panic.
