need help learning the PA3x in two weeks

I booked an "arranger" job today that I shouldn't have. I'm not ready for it! I haven't learned the PA3x......nowhere near it. But this job is in a high-people-traffic area which means it would lead to more jobs among very wealthy people.
I've got two weeks to learn that PA3x. Can any of you tell me the best way to go about this.
I've read the manual but I still can't figure the best way to set it up for MY style of playing, which is as follows.......
I have hundreds of songs in my head. I don't use music. I go from one song to another. On my older Roland arranger that I've been using, I can change styles freely without having to readjust the right and left hand instruments. And I have easy access to my sounds. I use a lot of sounds in each song........trumpets, jazz guitar, vibes, strings, etc
It seems on this Korg that every time I change a style, I have to re-set the volumes on all the instrument sliders to the left of the screen. How do I get around this?
All I want is to pick a style, pick my instruments and play away. I don't have the time to be tweaking sounds for every song.
I've only got two weeks to learn this thing. Did I say enough about my style of playing that you can advise me on what basic steps to focus on?
I'm not sure I said this all correctly. If not, I'll write it over 'cause I can't do this rush-rush on my own.I haven't been playing and I'm rusty.
