Volca Sample only has 69 samples

My volca sample currently only shows 69 samples and when scrolling through said samples it skips numbers, for instance, I'll be on sample 3 and then I'll turn the sample knob one click and I'll be on 15 or something, I'm not scrolling past them, they're just legitimately not there. Also, (kind of a seperate issue) I've used Caustic editor to load some of my own samples and I've used the delete function (turning on power while holding mute, standalone) to delete samples but then when you sync with Caustic again, it just resyncs those deleted samples. What is the point of this delete function? Thanks for any help! I love this thing, otherwise

has anyone else loaded samples via caustic and noticed that the not all of the samples are there?

The samples that are missing have been deleted. They'll show up again after you upload a sample to that number.

No, my sample shows full memory and the Caustic app shows me all of the empty slots and there are only 4, yet my Volca only has (had) 69 samples in it. I went ahead and deleted and restored to factory, going to experiment with adding and deleting samples (via Caustic and "power on holding mute") and see what happens

I think I figured it out. In short Caustic editor and the delete function on the volca sample aren't intended to work together, I think caustic was developed before the delete update. Might have more to say on it later but I'm at work.

If you're using a mac or pc you can use Vosyr http://www.frederikson-labs.com/

It's the best Volca Sample software out there.

I've heard great things and it looks dope but I would prefer to do this on IOS so that I can make crazy samples where ever I'm at and load them up, I always have my iPad and iPhone on me, my computer usually stays at the studio. I'll check it out, regardless. Does anyone have a link to that Max for live plugin that lets you load them straight from live? I saw it the other day but now can't find it. If I'm gonna be loading samples from my computer, I'd probably wanna do it that way
