Korg Pa50 left channel problem

I have problem with left channel on keyboard.
When I turn on arranger, after 5-10 min, on left channel I don't have sound. When I restart keyboard, I have sound.
Hardware or software problem?

Try reinstalling the OS .
If that doesn't help , the problem is hardware..
Also the sound cuts both on headphones, amplifier and line outs?
