Try reinstalling the OS if that doesn't work replace the HDD(76keys) or USB stick(61keys) and reinstall again!

Exactly when does this error display?
i.e. is the keyboard fully booted up? Is it during boot up? etc.....

fatonkorg123 those booting messages declare media (HDD/USB-HD) sectors corruption , system can't write
at Sys-HD and if after reloading OS & factory (Res) resources this insists then you have to proceed at replacing
HDD/USB-HD as musiccankill suggested !

I got the same error, but with different set of error IDs (one of them is 1073) on my PA900. It happened out of the blue when I booted up my keyboard while connected to my laptop, as I always do. No other new hardware is connected to my laptop either while this happened.
But then I turned off my keyboard, disconnected the USB-device cable and booted it up again. Didn't happen this time. Didn't happen then next time I connected my laptop either. I made a full backup just in case. But, does this mean my disk might fail at any moment?

Hello,
did it work at first when you changed the internal hdd?
It may not be the HDD but the board it connects to..So you may need a new HD kit...

No, I tried to replace the hard disk because on the forum someone said that it could be the cause, but it was not.
I would like to point out that the keyboard turns on normally, everything seems to work and while I suddenly hear the list of faults I have indicated, not always the same and not always so numerous, what I can not understand and that if you generate this series of codes is there an official list that describes the cause of the appearance?

These codes are just ID numbers of the graphics it failed to load from the disk!
61key version has usb stick inside directly connected to usb bus...
76key version has sata drive connected to usb bus through a usb to sata converter...So it may be the converter the fault...

So you think that the small card to which the hard disk is connected could be the cause of all these faults? and if so, why does the defect only occur after playing on the keyboard and not after starting? Sometimes it even seems that if you play with the keys on the keys appears the problem and especially if it is working a style, rarely does it with a single sound, the piano for example.

Well most of the times that is the case ..Either the disk , or its board (in 3x 76keys) ..After that it could be anything on the mainboard as this is where the hd gets connected to..
Wish it is only this board..If you have any friend with a 3x (either 61 or 76 key) try swapping disks/usbs (it doesn't matter) and see if it ll solve the problem!
