Velocity Zone general settings?

Hi,

Most of the times when a play pianos or some of the pads, the lower keys volume is too high. Maybe it is just because of my (bad) playing technic or its a personal taste, anyway I can work this around setting a velocity slope and a velocity zone so the volume is lower for my left hand but its just too hard to do for almost all the programs, so I was wondering if this can be set for once and for all the programs.
