Kronos not saving edited patches

Found a weird issue on my Kronos2-61. I've taken a Program from U-D053 (string pad 2), saved it to Prog U-FF 18 so I can edit it.
I want to make the sound more attacking so just turned knob 5 to achieve this.

When I write the sound, it reverts back to the original sound without writing the patch.

Write protect is off.

What am I doing wrong?

Are you changing the RT knobs and saving the patch with those changes? They don't save me for either. The manual says RT knob changes should save but hasn't happened for me.

Yes I am. Thank you - glad it's not just me! As a test, I adjusted the resonance (Knob 2), and this did save without any issue - so why not knob 5?

Got to admit, I don't know which ADSR in the menu's will do the same job - there's several of them!
Any tips gratefully received.

Realtime Controls are never saved in the preset. That's why they called realtime controls i guess :D

if you want to modify the sound, then just press the tone control button, then you can modify a lot of the important parameters (including the ADSR) from that program, those changes will be stored when you save the program.

Thanks QR that has worked!

I have to tell you my experience is that Knobs 1 & 2 do save , but knob 5 doesn't! I have just tested this again, navigated away from and back to the program, and I reproduce the same issue.

Im glad i am paying attention here. I will keep this in mind. I do all my editing on screen when i want a sound changed for saving. So i would have never found this out on my own.
I at least hope that whatever is under knob five can save when its set via the touch screen entry points.
