Volca FM - Key Velocity Sense Problem

Post by Just_is »

There appears to be an issue with the key velocity sense param on the Volca FM. When I go to change the value, it will cap off at 6, rather than the 7 it should be capable of.

Give it a try. I've already encountered it on two FMs.

I don't have a Volca FM but is it that the value starts at zero? Zero being the first value and six being the seventh.

No, on the parameter list, it shows that key velocity sense goes from 00-07. There are even on-board patches that have operators where the kvs is set to 07, but when edited, it becomes impossible to reach the original value again.

Ya, I noticed the same issue as you. Searched online and the only info I could find was your post. Did you figure it out yet?

My bet is that it is a bug in the software of the FM... :(
