Volca Bass Problem - Step 16 blinking, no sound.

Hi guys. Just turned on my machine and it seems out of order. Volca Bass message keeps running on display, no sound and step 16 blinking. Any help would be highly appreciated. Thanx in advance.

Its sad there is nobody to help out. Looks like the problems Ive encountered with my Korg hardware are unique in their nature. The odd thing is that the machine can enter MIDI and global modes but can not save the settings with the rec button.

Does at least anybody in here have any idea how I could try and update the Bass using Func + play buttons, cause thats the message I get when I start the machine while holding these buttons.

Sounds like your Volcas have low battery! Try replacing the batteries or connecting to power using the recommended Korg KA350 power adaptor.

Thank you @jeremysporn. I have never used battery, always korg power supply. The volume is up, no mute, everything as always. Sequence resetted and updated with last firmware 1.02, but it doesn't works

It sounds like an issue that cannot be user trouble shooted. You should take it to an authorized Korg service center.

don't send it back. do a reset and play one of the pre programmed sequences. It will play. I did the same thing. Apparently I dicked around with something and turned it off. reset and works. hope this helps
